Gluten Free Grilled Cheese Sandwich

GF Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Comment: These are tasty and easy to make and if you add a slice or 2 of tomato, they're even better.

Ingredients:
2 slices frozen HomeMade GF or Commercial bread
3 slices white American Cheese
2 slices tomato (optional)
1 tsp butter or margarine
Preparation:
Defrost your frozen bread in the micro for 1 minute. Spread butter or margarine on the outer sides of bread putting one slice on the griddle, butter side down. Add your cheese and then tomatoes and place the 2nd slice, butter side up, on top of the filling. Cook over low to medium heat until the down side begins to brown (use a spatula to lift and check) and when done, carefully flip to the uncooked side and gently press the sandwich with the spatula. When the down side is brown and the cheese melted, its done.
Condiments: Pickles, Potato Chips
Sides: Potato Salad, Fried Chic Peas and on a Cold Day, Soup.
